A quieter day today with calm sunny weather with little arrival; birding highlights included a Reed Warbler trapped at Cristin along with the female Bullfinch still and a Tree Pipit still at Nant.

Also seen today was a Dunlin, 11 Whimbrels, six Purple Sandpipers, two Ringed Plovers, a Common Sandpiper, four Feral Pigeons, 24 Swallows, two Sand Martins, a House Martin, two White Wagtails, 20 Wheatears, nine Sedge Warblers, a Whitethroat, six Blackcaps, 11 Chiffchaffs, seven Willow Warblers, a Goldcrest, six Siskins and a Lesser Redpoll.

Due to strong wind and rain showers the evening was spent attempting to lamp waders around the Narrows. Expectation where certainly smashed with a total of 3 Whimbrels, 2 Purple Sandpipers and a Dunlin being caught. The night then ended with a female Greenland Wheatear being caught.
