Flat calm conditions off the West Coast produced the best cetacean day of the year with 180 Common Dolphins, five Harbour Porpoise and a single Risso's Dolphin. Birds off the West Coast included multiple feeding flocks of Manx Shearwaters totally over 12,000+ birds along with a Little Gull, 64 Black-headed Gulls, five Mediterranean Gulls, three Common Gulls, 32 Sandwich Terns and an Arctic Tern

Passerines today were again dominated by hirundines with 468 Swallows and 325 House Martins of which 71 of the latter were trapped at Cristin. Other notable species today were four Tree Pipits, a Goldcrest and an Arctic Skua past Henllywn in the evening. The day ended with an successful attempt at lamping waders on Solfach with a Dunlin and Oystercatcher being caught.

Other birds today included two Grey Herons, 14 Mallard, a Sparrowhawk, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, 12 Purple Sandpipers, two Dunlin, three Whimbrel, 45 Curlews, 13 Redshanks, 22 Turnstones, two Swifts, 131 Meadow Pipits, a Sand Martin, a White Wagtail, two Blackcap, 11 Willow Warblers, a Goldcrest and 364 Linnets
