Distinctly quiet today, up at the Plantation there were noticeably less warblers and Wrens were making most of the noise that could be heard. However, Willow Warblers have been singing at Cristin throughout the day. Bird of the day has been a very smart Black Guillemot just off North End, they have the potential to breed on Bardsey, but how likely this is, only time will tell...

Whimbrels have once again been in high numbers, flocks of tens have been around north and south end, bringing the count up to around 55.

Other birds around include: two Stonechats, three Curlews, eight Choughs, four Blackbirds, 144 Herring Gulls, 20 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, five Willow Warblers, one Yellow Wagtail and two Chiffchaffs.
