Solfach was busy again today with three Bar-tailed Godwits, three Ringed Plovers, 14 Dunlins and 15 White Wagtails. The bird of the day however was a Greylag Goose that flew the length of the island before turning around at the South End and spending the afternoon on Pwll Cain. Four Harbour Porpoises were also seen off the North End.

Whilst walking through the Wetlands, Stuart recorded the first Bogbean flowering. It has strange 'hairy' white flowers and can be found in two locations by the streams near the Narrows. The Common Spotted Orchid leaves are also present and these should be flowering in the next few weeks.
