In a remarkable turn of events, not a single bird was seen today on the island...
April Fools!! Well sort of, the birding was very quiet as the biting northerly winds continued to blow. The highlights for today were two Merlins at the South End, 18 Purple Sandpipers at Solfach, two Goldcrests, and a single Chiffchaff in the Wetlands.
