The weather brightened up today with sunny clear skies. Ringing at Cristin during the morning produced two Sedge Warblers and two Chiffchaffs. Elsewhere, four Sanderling were on Solfach, four Sandwich Terns flew south past the North End and Spotted Flycatchers were at Carrag Bach and Cristin.

During the afternoon the last of the gull eggs were counted around the north-east corner of the Island and resulted in the first Lesser Black-backed Gull chick of the year being ringed. Also of note, was a count of 54 Puffins on the sea.
