The winds swinged round to the north and were accompanied with overcasts skies, which produced a moderate fall - most notably of Spotted Flycatchers. A total of 59 was recorded across the Island, most of which were found at Ty Pellaf and Nant, perched on fence wires. A Great Northern Diver was seen heading south from the North End.

Other species seen today were a four Sanderlings on Solfach, a Common Sandpiper, five Black-headed Gulls, a Grey Wagtail at the North End, a Grey Heron, a Sparrowhawk, 44 Swallows, 10 House Martins, seven Sedge Warblers, a Blackcap, two Chiffchaffs, three Rooks, two Siskins, and four Lesser Redpolls.
In the afternoon, we went round the East Side again to continue further seabird monitoring work, this time counting Herring and Lesser Black-backed Gull nests and their contents by the North End colony.
