A quiet morning around Bardsey with a Little Egret and a Whimbrel the only notable sightings. The wind picked up substantially during the day but poor visibility meant seawatching was difficult during the evening however, an Arctic Skua went north. A Sand Martin battled it south during the evening.

We are now coming to the end of the Manx Shearwater tagging for this year and Steph has been very busy spending the nights out trying to retrieve the last few tags. This has given us an incredible insight into the secret lives of Manx Shearwaters when they leave and head out to sea; including this one that went up to Iceland!!
