The best bird of what was otherwise a pretty dull day came in the form of a Lapland Bunting that was discovered by it’s distinct call just south of the schoolhouse. The bird flew above the obs and then headed south. Other birds included two Ring Plovers, a Whimbrel and the Firecrest at nant.
