A rather miserable day saw strong winds persisting from the south-west throughout the day, and heavy showers in the afternoon. Very few birds of interest were seen, although two Golden Plovers on the south end and a Knot in Henllwyn were new in. A Dunlin, two Whimbrels, 23 Curlews and 29 Turnstones were also around on the wader front.  Two Sandwich Terns passed by at sea with 23 Fulmars, 700 Manx Shearwaters, 71 Gannets and two Guillemots.

An Angle Shades was caught in the Cristin withy light trap
