A fresher breeze than of late caught us off-guard in the morning before calming nicely by midday. Avian highlights were centralised to Cristin today with a Black Redstart and a very showy male Firecrest the picks of the bunch.

The majority of migrants were down in number today though four Common Scoters, one Water Rail, three Snipes, 82 Meadow Pipits, three Song Thrushes, one Redwing, three Chiffchaffs, 11 Goldcrests, one Jackdaw, five Ravens, and one Siskin could still be seen.
