The easterlies continued to blow bringing some good migrant numbers, including a female Hen Harrier that drifted north briefly over the Mountain, the first Little Gull of the year, a Greenshank, 54 Black-headed Gulls, two Grey Wagtails, and a Grasshopper Warbler.

Other bird totals today were a Common Scoter, four Sparrowhawks, three Buzzards, a Kestrel, a Golden Plover, four Purple Sandpipers, five Dunlins, two Common Terns, eight Arctic Terns, a Collared Dove, 21 Robins, a Sedge Warbler, a Whitethroat, and 202 Linnets

Dolphins continue to entertain us off the West Coast, with 18 Risso's Dolphins and eight Common Dolphins. A Speckled Wood was also seen in the Wetlands.
