Howling westerlies gave birds little chance for birds to make an appearance today without being blown to the mainland. The highlights of the day were three Sandwich Terns braving it at sea northwards, alongside four Swallows, eight Wheatears, a Merlin, two Snipes, a Curlew, a Whimbrel, a Redshank and a White Wagtail.
Somehow a Peacock was sighted in Cristin garden too!
