Building south-westerlies were accompanied initially by cloudy skies, but later cleared and made for some sunny skies. It was fairly quiet on the birding front, though waders continued to entertain as a high count of Purple Sandpipers was recorded, with 32 logged. 10 Whimbrels, two Curlews, and a Common Sandpiper were other waders seen today. A small influx of Spotted Flycatchers saw six seen across the Island.
