The Golden Oriole was again singing at Cristin first thing before relocating to the Withies. The same bird or possibly a different individual was singing at Nant mid-morning where the long-staying Siberian Chiffchaff remained. The South End first thing produced a Yellow Wagtail and a single flock of 18 House Martins! Ringing first thing at Cristin produced a new Sedge Warbler, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler and two Siskins alongside the first juvenile Dunnocks and Linnets of the year.

Ed and Joel headed back around the East Side to continue the Manx Shearwater census. However, this had to be cut a bit short when Ollie found a singing Marsh Warbler at Nant! Fortunately, the bird stayed around Nant for the day where it showed well on occasions.

Late afternoon was spent ringing more seabirds with some of the Shag and Razorbill chicks getting very big and possibly about to fledge any day! Also, the first Great Black-backed and Lesser Black-backed Gull chicks of the year were ringed.
