A northerly wind helped keep temperatures down but did bring a small Willow Warbler arrival with 13 including six trapped alongside a Chiffchaff and a Blackcap. A White Wagtail was on Solfach with a Whimbrel and two Common Sandpipers around the Narrows and South End. A single Little Egret remained with a Golden Plover north along the West Coast and four Kestrel together over the Narrows.

The portable Heligoland trap was set on Solfach yesterday evening so this morning the first session saw ten Rock Pipits and a Meadow Pipit trapped and ringed
